About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has immediate openings for multiple Environmental/Toxic Tort Attorneys with 3+ years of substantive experience with our Northern California offices. These positions may present a remote (work from home) or hybrid opportunity. The firm is seeking individuals who want to handle high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues, take their courtroom and deposition skills to the next level, and write and argue significant motions and make new laws. The ideal candidates must have at least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort. Cannabis experience is a plus. Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials and be self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California. Requirements

3+ years of substantive experience
At least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort
Team players with strong academic credentials
Self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision
Licensed and admitted to practice in California
Cover letter, resume, and two substantive writing samples
