About The Position

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Senior Litigation Attorney to join their award-winning team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team with the supportive backbone of a larger firm. The attorney will be responsible for handling their own caseload of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment.
  • Experienced in managing litigation cases independently from start to finish.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Current admission to the State Bar of California.

  • Trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handling own caseload of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.
