About The Position

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Senior Litigation Attorney to join their award-winning team. This is a mid-sized, reputable, and forward-thinking law firm, recognized for its sixth consecutive year as a Best Law Firm® by U.S. News & World Report's Best Lawyers®. As an integral senior member of the litigation team, the attorney will be responsible for handling their own caseload of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with the supportive backbone of a larger firm.

Requirements

3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment.
Experienced in managing litigation cases independently from start to finish.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
Client-focused mindset.
Passion for achieving successful outcomes.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Current admission to the State Bar of California.
Reside within 100 miles of our Walnut Creek, CA office (for fully remote candidates).
