Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the California Bar, or eligibility for admission.
2–6 years of civil litigation experience. Candidates with 1 year of litigation experience will also be considered.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
Strong organizational and case management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in handling all phases of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
