About The Position

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. Experience or any interest in personal injury is preferred, but not required. The role requires the ability to draft/review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery, and to attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements. The attorney must be competent and proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel, and communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients. The ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment is also essential.

Requirements

• 3 years of litigation experience
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
