Founded in the 1960's, we are a full service law firm with 5 offices and 100 attorneys. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients. This role offers remote work for candidates located in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas.
Requirements
- TX Bar
- Recent insurance defense experience

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
