This position is a remote Associate – OC attorney and is available nationwide in any state in which Jackson Lewis maintains an office. The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. The expected salary range for this position is $120K-$216K. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Summary of Position Litigation Associate- OC (Remote) at Jackson Lewis, P.C. are an exempt attorney non-Principal track position encompassing litigation, charges, and demand letters. This role is available nationwide in any state in which Jackson Lewis maintains an office. The hours requirement for this role will be 1850.
