About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney licensed in Georgia to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a distributed legal team. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to handle cases from inception through resolution. Candidates based in Texas who are also licensed in Georgia are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not required.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Georgia (required)
• 2+ years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Based in Texas and also licensed in Georgia
• Experience with personal injury or civil litigation matters
• Familiarity with remote case management systems and legal tech tools

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Handle depositions, negotiations, and settlement discussions
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings (as needed)
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Ensure compliance with Georgia laws, procedures, and deadlines
