Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of defense litigation experience
Admitted to practice in New York
Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Independently handle all phases of litigation, including: Drafting and responding to written discovery, Taking and defending depositions, Preparing, drafting, and arguing motions, Participating in court conferences and oral arguments, Managing case strategy and day-to-day litigation responsibilities, Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court, Collaborating with partners and litigation teams on complex matters.
