We handle cases ranging from dismantling election systems that dilute minority votes to first amendment litigation at the U.S. Supreme Court, focusing on high-stakes and high-visibility matters with long-lasting impact. We are also committed to our community through pro bono efforts via the Brewer Storefront. Requirements

3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution required.
Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, with trial experience preferred.
Top twenty school or top 10% of law school class.
Excellent writing skills.
Licensed to practice in New York and/or Texas. Additional jurisdictions a plus.
Federal or appellate state clerkship experience preferred.
Experience on law review, journals, and moot court preferred.
