About The Position

Nelson Mullins is seeking a litigation associate to join its Boston office. The Boston office serves the needs of the Firm’s growing list of regional and national clients, providing services in areas including litigation, intellectual property, government relations, employment and labor, corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and consumer financial services. The office also houses a team of intellectual property attorneys and patent and technical professionals, as well as attorneys focusing on government relations consulting and lobbying.

Requirements

• At least two years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Solid understanding of procedural and substantive law
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar

Nice To Haves

• Prior service as a federal court clerk
