About The Position

Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, with premises liability experience strongly preferred. While construction-related experience is a plus, it is not required. They are looking for an attorney with strong litigation skills who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced practice. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience handling personal injury matters
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines
• Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
