Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is hiring civil litigation attorneys for associate and senior attorney roles on its nationally acclaimed appellate team. The firm has openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and its California offices. It welcomes attorneys at any experience level who can think, write, and argue, and who are interested in developing their litigation careers in a collaborative firm culture. Attorneys can receive training and mentoring, contribute to an inclusive environment, and pursue leadership opportunities and a realistic partnership or equity partnership track. Promotion is based on the quality of work and cultural fit rather than business development.
Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing.
- New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
