Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is seeking associate or senior attorneys for its nationally acclaimed appellate team, with openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all California offices. The firm is looking for skilled civil litigation attorneys at any experience level who can think, write, and argue. Attorneys will work with colleagues in a firm that emphasizes a positive culture, mentoring, respect, inclusion, and professional growth. The firm offers training and development, opportunities to contribute to the broader community, and a realistic partnership and equity partnership track. Attorneys in all offices may pursue leadership positions, and partnership eligibility is open to all attorneys; promotion is based on work quality and cultural fit rather than business development. Base compensation ranges from $115,000 to $200,000, with discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
