Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is hiring associate and senior attorneys for its nationally acclaimed appellate team. The firm has openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all California offices. It seeks lawyers who can think, write, and argue, and who want to develop a litigation career in a firm that emphasizes a positive culture, mentorship, and respect for all team members. Attorneys have access to a dedicated training and development team, mentoring, and opportunities to take on leadership positions in any office. The firm offers a realistic partnership and equity partnership track; all attorneys are eligible for equity or non-equity partnership, with promotion based on work quality and cultural fit rather than business development. Compensation is $115,000–$200,000 in base pay, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses. Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
