About The Position

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience interested in joining their litigation practice. While insurance defense experience is preferred, candidates with plaintiff-side experience are also encouraged to apply, as many of those skills are transferable. The role requires strong legal research, excellent writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills. The attorney will be responsible for drafting and reviewing substantive pleadings and motions, responding to motions and discovery, and communicating effectively with team members and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Strong legal research skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong/persuasive oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment

Nice To Haves

• Insurance defense experience
