Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is hiring associate and senior attorneys for its nationally acclaimed appellate team, with openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and its California offices. The firm is seeking civil litigation attorneys at any experience level who can think, write, and argue. Attorneys will work with colleagues in a firm that emphasizes a positive, inclusive culture, mentorship, and legal training and development. The role offers opportunities to develop a legal career and contribute to the firm and the wider community. Attorneys may pursue leadership roles in any office and are eligible for a realistic non-equity or equity partnership track. Promotion is based on quality of work and cultural fit rather than business development. The position offers a competitive base compensation of $115,000 to $200,000, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. Attorneys barred in New Jersey or Connecticut will also be considered for the New York City office.
