About The Position

The Jacksonville office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense, premises liability, and/or bodily injury experience is highly desired. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as strong/persuasive oral advocacy. A desire to excel and work up the ranks of the law firm, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients with a client-first mindset, is essential. The role requires a highly organized individual with a clear and concise communication style, who is a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals. The candidate must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
• Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, with a client first mindset
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
• Self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
