Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is seeking skilled civil litigation attorneys for associate and senior attorney roles on its nationally acclaimed appellate team. The firm has openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all California offices, and will consider lawyers at any level of experience who can think, write, and argue. Attorneys may work with experienced colleagues, access dedicated training and development and mentoring, contribute to an inclusive and respectful culture, and develop their careers. Leadership roles are open to attorneys in every office, and all attorneys are eligible for equity or non-equity partnership. Promotion is based on work quality and cultural fit rather than business development. The role offers a competitive base salary of $115,000–$200,000, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses. Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
