Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is hiring associate and senior attorneys for its nationally acclaimed appellate team, with openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all California offices. The firm is seeking skilled civil litigation lawyers at any experience level who can think, write, and argue. The role offers the opportunity to work with attorneys in a firm that emphasizes a positive culture, receive mentoring and training from a dedicated development team, contribute to an inclusive and respectful environment, and develop a legal career with opportunities to make a difference. The firm offers a realistic partnership and equity partnership track; all attorneys are eligible, and promotion is based on work quality and cultural fit rather than business development. Compensation is $115,000 to $200,000 in base pay, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
