About The Position

Payson Market is seeking a Full Time Liquor Department Manager to ensure team members provide exceptional guest service while achieving sales and profit margin goals. This role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge. The manager will maximize productivity and profitability by balancing sales and expenses, identifying sales opportunities, and setting guest service standards. They must demonstrate knowledge of the department's purpose and goals and possess the skills to help team members achieve them. Responsibilities include training, coaching, and observing team members, providing input into merchandising, implementing marketing strategies, resolving guest and team complaints, leading team members to accomplish goals, managing sales, gross profit margin, labor scheduling, and department standards, and being proficient in all store technology.
