About The Position

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a performance-based LinkedIn Ghostwriter to establish a daily presence on the platform in the founder's voice. The goal is to bridge the gap between the firm's current content output and its potential, aiming to capture significant revenue by effectively communicating with workforce decision-makers and senior operators. This is a remote, 1099 contractor role with a performance-based compensation structure that includes a retainer and significant upside potential as content gains reach and engagement.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience writing professional B2B content.
• Proven track record on LinkedIn (personal or client's).
• Ability to maintain the founder's voice across multiple posts without tone drift.
• Strong understanding of hook structure, narrative pacing, and calls-to-action.
• Comfortable with strategic feedback and adapting direction based on post performance.
• Weekly capacity to fulfill the role's requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience writing for workforce strategy, behavioral health, hospitality, or government contracting domains.

Responsibilities

• Ghostwrite 3-5 LinkedIn posts per week in the founder's voice.
• Mix formats including industry commentary, founder reflection, client case framing, hot-takes, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Coordinate with The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) on cadence, themes, and approval workflow.
• Iterate on content performance, focusing on achieving viral inbound engagement.
• Maintain a content calendar with the Social Media Manager.
