About The Position

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a Podcast Producer to manage the full operation of their podcast, which aims to host important conversations within the workforce industry. The role involves sourcing and booking guests, preparing them for interviews, coordinating recordings, performing audio polishing, publishing episodes, managing distribution, and crafting show notes. This is a performance-based role with potential for growth as the show scales, starting with lower rates and offering real upside.

Requirements

• 2-5 years producing a B2B or industry podcast
• Familiar with Riverside, Descript, Squadcast, or equivalent
• Strong guest-sourcing instinct
• Clean audio editing capability
• Distribution-savvy across major platforms
• Writing fluency for show notes and descriptions
• Weekly capacity

• Existing relationships with workforce, behavioral health, hospitality, or government services thought leaders

Responsibilities

• Source and book guests aligned with TWF's three divisions (HR Advisory, PHES, GovCon)
• Provide pre-interview prep briefs for the founder before each recording
• Coordinate recording logistics, post-production, and audio polish
• Write show notes, episode descriptions, and time-stamped chapters
• Manage publishing across Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and embedded distribution
• Coordinate clipping (work alongside Podcast Clipper)
• Track downloads, retention, and sponsorship pipeline

Benefits

• Performance-based compensation with clear upside as the show scales
• Stage 1: $100 per published episode, $1 per 100 downloads above 250 baseline (first 90 days)
• Stage 2: $200 per published episode, $1 per 100 downloads above 250, sponsorship attribution % (after 10 published episodes + sustained download growth)
• Stage 3: $400 per published episode, $1 per 100 downloads, 10% of sponsorship revenue (after 25 episodes + scale gate)
