About The Position

Railey Vacations is seeking a Linen Processor to join their team. This role is responsible for the entire process of handling linens, from stripping them from rental homes to ensuring they are clean, folded, and ready for delivery. The Linen Processor will also assist with prepping and packing linen totes, loading them into delivery vehicles, and providing cross-departmental support. A key aspect of this role is providing excellent customer service and representing the company with professionalism.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions

Preferred experience in a laundry processing facility

Responsibilities

Assistance with stripping dirty linens within rental homes and sorting of dirty linens
Treating dirty linens with appropriate chemicals and looking for stains and compromised linens
Washing and drying linens
Folding and pressing linens as well as ensuring clean linens are well stocked and ready for packing
Assistance with prepping linens for delivery and correctly packing linen totes
Loading linen totes into laundry vehicles for daily deliveries as needed
Provide cross-departmental assistance when needed, working with various departments including but not limited to Will O’ the Wisp, and Suites at Silver Tree, owner special projects and requests, and company affiliated projects and requests and initiates
Provide exemplary customer service to guests, owners, coworkers and vendors while providing expedient resolution of assigned tasks
Represent Railey Mountain Lake Vacations with extreme professionalism, looking out for the company’s best interest while providing efficient, quality work
Other duties as assigned
