About The Position

Nestlé USA is hiring Line Operators at its Medford manufacturing facility to contribute to the production of its pizza brands. Operators work at multiple stations and with different equipment on Assembly Line 3, helping maintain product quality and production flow. The role includes working a Monday–Thursday day schedule from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Starting pay is $22.75 per hour, with a $1.35 per hour raise after six months. The position is eligible for quarterly incentives and comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Ability to work independently or with a team, communicate effectively, and interact with other team members.
Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control and exposure to local temperature variations in wet and dry environments.
Ability to work safely and multitask in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Basic math and reading skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing exposure, preferably in the food or beverage industry, with knowledge of GMPs.

Responsibilities

Work at multiple stations with different equipment on Assembly Line 3.
Monitor, inspect, and weigh ingredients and products to meet specifications.
Maintain production pace and perform line duties efficiently to prevent line shutdowns.
Identify quality and inferior products according to requirements.
Perform backup duties as trained and assigned.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
