About The Position

The Line Loader supports the activities and responsibilities of the Paint Room in the Paint Department. The position loads products onto the sanding line while maintaining appropriate spacing, communicates with the Lead Person or Supervisor about product spacing and staple issues, and coordinates with the Inspector on space needed to re-hang parts removed for quality. The role also includes assisting coworkers as needed. The position requires careful, efficient work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adherence to safety guidelines and work procedures. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

• Experience loading and stacking products.
