About The Position

We offer a stellar ski resort, gaming centre fun, liquor stores, and accommodations. We are currently hiring a Line Cook to join our Chances Castlegar Team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy delicious meals with the perfect portion sizes. Requirements

• Professional and responsible conduct.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to successfully obtain a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
• Must be 19+

Responsibilities

• Memorize and prepare delicious recipes to consistently deliver high-quality meals.
• Ensure efficient food preparation by handling fresh and dry ingredients.
• Maintain the freshness of ingredients by monitoring and disposing of old products.
• Collaborate with our team of Cooks to handle both quiet and busy timeslots.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace to meet health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
