Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position, with a focus on high-volume food and beverage service.
• Friendly personality and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well with others and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and dedication to customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to exceed standards for guest satisfaction, food, cocktails, and service.
• Open and flexible availability is preferred, with a combination of nights and weekends sought.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipe specifications and restaurant standards.
• Use kitchen equipment to fry, grill, and sauté food items.
• Use knife skills to chop and slice a variety of food items.
• Assist in other kitchen areas as needed, such as prep, cleaning, and dishwashing.
• Help put away food deliveries in appropriate storage areas, including freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage.
• Complete restocking, cleaning, and opening and closing duties.
• Complete other duties assigned by a leader or manager.
