Requirements

Experience as a line cook
Self-starter, able to see tasks that need to be completed and takes the initiative to complete them
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
An interest and willingness to learn more, listen, and take constructive feedback
Enthusiasm for working with a diverse team
Evenings, weekends, and Sunday availability is a must

Conversational Spanish helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Cooking food to order
Following the company's spec sheets
Reading food tickets thoughtfully and paying close attention to modifications and any listed allergens
Delivering food in goal ticket times
Communicating effectively with other employees to complete orders
Prepping ingredients
Following safety and sanitation guidelines
Assisting with daily temperature and line checks consistently and effectively
Completing opening and closing tasks in a timely manner
Assisting with stocking, organizing and cleaning food lines
