Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with the Company’s specifications and standards. This role involves interacting effectively with the public and Team Members, performing excellent customer service, and preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes. The Line Cook will work as a Team Member with Lead Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Supervisors, Chefs, Servers, Utility, and pertinent Company Team Members to ensure a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift. Maintaining compliance with all health and sanitation standards, food safety certifications, and following all recipes and control procedures are crucial. The position also requires assisting in all areas of food production as needed, maintaining consistent attendance, and ensuring a clean and sanitary work area at all times in accordance with State Health Regulations. Any reasonable request made by management must also be fulfilled.
