Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to portion control and presentation standards for all dishes.
