About The Position
UNO Pizzeria & Grill is hiring Line Cooks. Immediate part-time and full-time openings are available, with flexible availability preferred. UNO invented the deep dish pizza and has a growing guest following. The team believes in the brand and in supporting each other's success. They offer amazing food, craft beer and cocktails, and focus on innovation and introducing new flavors inspired by trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of line cook experience
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to stand for long shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep, breakdown, and cleaning of equipment
- Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
