About The Position

Line Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders moving continuously. The position calls for a friendly, caring approach to teamwork and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
