About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and service that reflects the Chili's experience. They offer hospitable, customized service, learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili's describes its culture as rooted in service, hospitality, and giving back, and emphasizes delivering a great experience to every Guest every day. The role is offered with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 for this position.
