Server - I Drive Chili's
About The Position
Servers provide food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service to Chili’s Guests. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, collaborate with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus. Chili’s describes itself as a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a service-oriented culture centered on hospitality and giving back. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.

- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
