Line Cook - Surf Nashua
About The Position
Surf Seafood, part of Michael Timothy's Dining Group, is seeking a motivated full-time Line Cook for its Nashua, New Hampshire location. The Line Cook prepares and cooks food while following recipes, company procedures, and health regulations. The role involves cleaning, cutting, and cooking ingredients; keeping stations clean and stocked; coordinating with servers and other kitchen staff to complete orders; and plating food carefully and promptly. The position is in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment and is scheduled for five days per week, mostly nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, procedures, and health regulations.
- Clean, cut, and cook food items.

- Plate food carefully and finish orders in a timely manner.
