About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to recipes, complete prep work to stock and set up stations, and follow company safety and sanitation procedures. The role is open to candidates with no prior experience and offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
