About The Position

Prep Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, complete prep work to stock and set up stations, and follow safety and sanitation policies. The role is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
