About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team and are responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by delivering dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili's recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, communicating ticket times, and ensuring food orders continue flowing from the kitchen. Applicants should bring a friendly, caring demeanor and be able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation role is preferred. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
