About The Position
Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders moving continuously. The position calls for teamwork and a friendly, caring demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
