About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team and are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by following Chili's recipes and procedures, keep food orders moving continuously from the kitchen, and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role is at the Pineville Chili's location. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
