About The Position

Line Cooks, called Heart of House Team Members at Chili’s, help set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, keeping kitchen operations moving, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and contributing to a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
