About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by learning and following recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate ticket times, and keep food orders moving continuously. The role calls for teamwork and a friendly, caring demeanor toward other team members. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a service- and hospitality-focused culture.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
