About The Position

Line Cooks at Chili’s, known internally as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, keep orders moving continuously from the kitchen, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
