About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role involves following recipe procedures, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and maintaining the continuous flow of food orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is at the Fossil Creek Chili's.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Learn and properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
