Line Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili's recipes and procedures, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and help ensure orders flow continuously from the kitchen. Requirements
