About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team, responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by following Chili’s recipes and procedures, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure food orders flow continuously. The role calls for teamwork and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.

• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
