About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a contemporary, chef-driven, full-service restaurant.

• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards and execute dishes.
• Basic knife skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to remain composed under pressure.
• Adherence to recipes, portion specifications, and timing expectations.
• Flexible schedule and open availability.
