About The Position

Superba Snacks + Coffee is seeking experienced, hospitable Baristas who work well in a busy environment and understand the techniques used to create delicious drinks. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences and accurate, welcoming service while supporting the restaurant’s chef- and product-driven approach, seasonal menus, craft bar, and commitment to exceptional food quality.

Baristas follow service, food safety, and sanitation standards; learn the menu; and use the restaurant’s technologies accurately. They are expected to address problems promptly and turn challenging situations into positive outcomes. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Requirements

• At least one year of barista experience using a manual machine.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Ability to follow service, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to provide hospitable and accurate service.
• Ability to understand and accurately use Toast POS, OpenTable, and Hot Schedules.
• Flexible schedule and open availability.
