About The Position

Superba Food + Bread is seeking a Host to help create a great guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, consistent, approachable, and committed to hospitality. Superba is a community-oriented restaurant group focused on chef- and product-driven food, seasonal vegetable-forward menus, craft beverages, baking, and distinctive design.

Requirements

• At least one year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
• Flexible schedule and open availability.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Follow service standards, including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, and phone etiquette.
• Address problems quickly and help turn difficult situations into positive outcomes.
• Use restaurant technologies accurately, including Toast POS, OpenTable, and Hot Schedules.
